BasCoTM公司总部位于江苏徐州，始建于1956年，原名*八一机械修造厂,隶属于*后勤部兵器司。2002年改制成立徐州八方安全设备有限公司，**从事安全泄压装置的研制和生产。公司取得*人民共和国特种设备制造许可证、ASME认证、ISO9001认证、地区防爆认证，挪威船级社（DNV）与德国劳氏船级社（GL）认证，ATEX认证。
BasCoTM公司创建以来，致力于科技兴国，**发展。引进国外先进技术，并消化吸收研发适合中国国情、占有市场主导地位的产品。

In 2002,it was reconstructed as Xuzhou Bafang Safety Device Co,Ltd, specialized in satety relief technology research, product development. BasCo has won Manufacture License of Special Equipment People’s Republic of China(TS), and passed ASME certification (UD), NB certification, ISO9001 certification, National explosion-proof certification(Ex), DNV, GL, ATEX certification.
